Member of the board of the Israel-Spain Chamber of Commerce and serves as treasurer and trustee of the bureau. Livnat has been investing in residential real estate in Israel and abroad since 2005.

 

Livnat's center of activity is the raising and execution of real estate investments in Israel and abroad. In the last decade, since 2011, Livnat has focused his activities mainly on Spanish soil. Over the years, his company has executed hundreds of deals while focusing on investments in the cities of Barcelona and Madrid.

The nature of the transactions revolved around purchases from the private and banking market, improvements to apartments and buildings, residential construction as well as ongoing investment activities, and the identification of opportunities within a local real estate fund operating on Spanish soil managed by Livnat.
