Gilad has a background in various security bodies, including 8 years in the Air Force in various technical and administrative positions and another 8 years in the Israel Police in R&D for the worlds of financial investigations, where complex investigations in the areas of money laundering and terrorism prevention.
In recent years, Gilad has been involved in the world of technological entrepreneurship, serving as a consultant and mentor to many companies with an emphasis on the world of security and homeland security and in developing products and technological upgrades for existing solutions and products to increase market potential and marketing opportunities.
Gilad is a partner and supervisor of a number of technology projects in startup companies, initiators and founders of the ISBF security forum, where he serves as chairman.
